Our Recreation Department wants to hear from you! We are looking for input on programming, improvements and your overall experience at our Rec Complex. This page is where we will share surveys asking for community input on all that we offer in terms of sport, recreation and culture.

Current Survey - Accessible Equipment at our Fitness Centre

The Recreation and Community Services Department has applied and received funding from Social Planning and Research Council of British Columbia (SPARC) to support accessible fitness equipment for older adults, persons with disabilities and persons with mobility concerns. We will be utilizing the funding for accessible cardio, low impact weights, resistance training, storage solutions and safety flooring for persons with visual impairments. This initiative will support enhanced safety and equipment for all persons in our community. This grant funding initiative will NOT support equipment for high performance training.

In consultation with experienced recreation staff and fitness professionals we are also looking to seek community input on some of the equipment. Please complete this 5-minute survey for a chance to provide valuable community input and your name in a draw to win a one-month recreation facility access pass.
