The City of Prince Rupert is updating the City’s Official Community Plan in 2025 to make targeted updates to align with recent Provincial legislative changes. The City is leveraging this as an opportunity to also review its development approvals process. The intent of this review is to identify improvements to how the City reviews development applications and communicates with applicants. Our overall intent is to help make our processes easier to navigate and understand, so we're providing the best possible service to those looking to grow our community.

Do you have recent experience with developing in Prince Rupert? We're looking for input! We will be conducting a survey as well as interviews to make sure that changes we make are well informed by the community we work with. The survey currently posted below will be open from February 14th to the 26th.

Thank you in advance for your feedback.
